The Eldridge Memorial Library operates completely on the  donations of users and other interested people in the community.

Each summer, the Library hosts a live Auction, complete with Auctioneer,  as its main fundraiser. Items for auction are donated by community residents and local businesses. A wide variety of items are usually offered which may include: artworks, antiques, home-baked items, gift certificates, an afternoon sail, or a gourmet meal hosted by a local resident at their home! Each year brings its own surprises!
