EML,  along with other interested parties, often participates in initiatives to enhance the area. Past and ongoing projects include:

• Parking lot improvement at Fundy Beach

• Installataion of toilet at Fundy Beach

• Cost sharing summer toilet facility with Cove Music

• Donation of Community Bulletin Board by mailboxes
